Welcome to Vokemi. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our automotive detailing and dry cleaning services. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any service reservation.

1. Service Description

Vokemi provides professional automotive dry cleaning and detailing services, including but not limited to interior cleaning, exterior washing, upholstery treatment, leather conditioning, odor removal, and paint protection. All services are performed by trained professionals using industry-standard equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products where applicable.

We reserve the right to assess each vehicle individually and may decline service if we determine that the condition of the vehicle poses health risks to our staff or if the required work exceeds our service capabilities.

2. Booking and Appointments

Appointments can be made through our website, by phone at +44 20 7918 2736, or via email at [email protected]. We require at least 24 hours' notice for standard bookings and 48 hours for comprehensive detailing packages.

2.1 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee
  • No-shows will be charged the full service amount
  • Vokemi reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances with full refund or alternative scheduling options

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and additional services requested. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and cash. Full payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged.

Deposits of 25% may be required for premium detailing packages exceeding £300. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

4. Vehicle Condition and Inspection

Prior to commencing any service, our technicians will conduct a thorough inspection of your vehicle and document any pre-existing damage, scratches, or issues. Customers are encouraged to be present during this inspection. We will not be held responsible for pre-existing damage or defects not caused by our services.

Important: Please remove all valuable items from your vehicle before service. Vokemi is not responsible for any personal belongings left in vehicles during cleaning.

5. Liability and Insurance

Vokemi maintains comprehensive liability insurance covering our operations. While we take utmost care in handling your vehicle, our liability is limited to direct damage caused by our negligence during the provision of services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the service purchased or £1,000, whichever is lower.

We are not liable for:

  • Damage to vehicles with pre-existing mechanical or structural issues
  • Damage resulting from normal wear and tear revealed during cleaning
  • Loss or damage to personal items left in vehicles
  • Delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
  • Stains or odors that cannot be completely removed despite professional treatment

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  1. Provide accurate information about vehicle condition and specific concerns
  2. Disclose any known mechanical issues or sensitivities
  3. Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time
  4. Remove all personal and valuable items before service
  5. Inform us of any allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products
  6. Provide keys and necessary access codes or devices

7. Service Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will assess the concern and, if valid, will re-perform the service at no additional charge or provide a partial refund at our discretion.

Our satisfaction guarantee does not cover situations where stains or damage cannot be removed due to the nature of the material or age of the stain.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Vokemi website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Vokemi and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any materials may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Customer information is used solely for service delivery, communication, and business improvement purposes. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required by law or for payment processing.

10. Modifications to Terms

Vokemi reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
